Zero Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE)
LinkNow maintains an uncompromising zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization, or exploitation of minors.
1. Age Gate & Protection of Minors
LinkNow is strictly restricted to individuals aged 13 and above. We enforce automated date-of-birth validation during onboarding to ensure underage individuals cannot register.
2. Immediate Enforcement & NCMEC Reporting
Any account found engaging in or attempting any child sexual exploitation, solicitation, or sharing of prohibited materials will experience:
- Immediate and permanent account and hardware device ban.
- Preservation of all relevant forensic evidence.
- Direct reporting to law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and international laws.
